  INFRES PROJECT FINALLY DEBUTED IN LIBON,  OPENING 16.2 KM BARANGAY ROADS!   

Image        Like a debutante awaiting for the special coming out day, so did the groundbreaking ceremonies these months of August to October on the InFRES Project, felt like!  Started in 2005, during the first term of Mayor Bem P. Dycoco, it took almost 3 years of painstaking process and a lot of patience for the LGU to stay on course of the project.
